This is one of the most popular short trekking in the Annapurna Region who does not have enough time in Nepal.Dhampus is another beautiful village close to pokhara.You will see nationa flower rhodendron around here.

 

It offers spectacular mountain scenery through beautiful villages inhabited by mid-hill tribes called Gurungs, many of them are Gurkha soldiers working for British and Indian armies and some are engaged in farming.
